一 |     (ECNS) -- Investors in the online tranche of Unitree Robotics’ IPO on Shanghai’s STAR Market failed to pay for 8,734 allotted shares, while all shares in the offline tranche were fully subscribed and paid for, according to results announced Thursday evening.     Online investors paid for 9,698,266 shares, while offline investors paid for 22,650,148 shares.        The sponsor and lead underwriter will take up all 8,734 unpaid shares, valued at about 1.32 million yuan ($195,000), accounting for roughly 0.02% of the total offering.    Unitree priced its IPO at 150.80 yuan (about $22.2) per share and offered approximately 40.45 million shares, raising around 6.10 billion yuan ($904.5 million). 二 | 21世纪经济报道记者致电江西银行客服，对方明确回应：“目前江西银行没有该贷款产品，相关信息为不实信息，我行将尽快向有关部门反馈，依法维护本行权益。”　　这并非江西辖内银行首次卷入“彩礼贷”舆情。早在2021年3月，就有网友爆料江西九江银行推出“彩礼贷”业务。彼时网友爆料的海报显示，最高可贷30万元，贷款用途为新婚旅行和购车等。　　当时有媒体报道，彼时九江银行客服表示，“彩礼贷”这项业务是当天推出的，“彩礼贷”也叫“零花钱”贷款，可通过网上银行进行办理。当日，彩礼贷相关话题还一度冲上微博热搜。

三 |  　　事后联合调查组查明，该文案系员工在“零花钱”消费贷基础上私自设计、未经审批发布，九江银行深夜致歉并对责任人进行停职、记过处理。

四 | 　　此次卷入假海报风波的江西银行于2015年12月成立，是江西省属法人银行、中国银行业协会理事单位，2018年6月在香港上市。正式在职员工总数为5700余人。全行共有22家一级分支机构，228家持牌营业机构，营业机构已覆盖江西省全部设区市，在广州、苏州设立两家省外分行，发起设立了江西省首家金融租赁公司和4家村镇银行。　　江西银行2025年报显示，截至2025年末，集团资产总额5892.19亿元，较上年末增长2.72%。盈利方面，全年实现营业收入90.28亿元，同比下降21.89%；营业支出31.34亿元，同比下降8.79%；净利润10.52亿元，同比下降4.13%；归属于股东的净利润9.65亿元，同比下降8.74%；业务管理费同比减少2.83亿元，降幅为8.60%。责任编辑：刘万里 SF014。
