一 | 10月25日，记者从省财政厅获悉，省财政厅加大工作力度，积极筹措资金，优化和调整支出结构，确保日前发布的城乡居民基本医疗保险提标政策有效落实。 (ECNS) -- China’s gold consumption edged up 1.23% year on year in the first half of 2026, as strong demand for investment products offset a sharp decline in jewelry purchases, according to the China Gold Association. Demand for gold bars and coins rose 28.42%, while gold jewelry consumption fell 33.88%. The association said high and volatile prices continued to reshape the market, boosting interest in physical gold investment while weighing on jewelry and industrial use. Gold produced from domestic raw materials fell 14.62% after some mines temporarily halted operations for safety inspections. Meanwhile, output from overseas mines operated by major Chinese gold groups rose 21.43%. China’s central bank boosted its gold reserves by 40.12 metric tons in the first half of 2026. 目前，我省已下达省以上财政补助资金97.1亿元，惠及全省2100余万城乡参保居民。
此前，省财政厅、省医保局、省税务局联合转发国家医保局、财政部、国家税务总局关于做好2024年城乡居民基本医疗保障有关工作的通知，决定自2024年起，继续提高我省城乡居民基本医疗保险筹资标准，人均财政补助标准较上年增加30元，达到每人每年不低于670元。
为做好相关工作，我省财政部门迅速行动，加强组织领导、健全工作机制、压实工作责任、强化部门协同，增强风险意识、加强基金管理、做好宣传解读，推动制度政策落实落细落好，切实维护群众医疗保障权益。
据介绍，随着资金下达到基层，下一步省财政厅还将督促市县财政部门落实支出责任，及时拨付资金。
同时，会同省医保部门强化城乡居民基本医疗保险基金预算绩效管理，确保各项政策措施落地见效，持续推进保障和改善民生。
